Alicia Snyder

My love for nonprofit work began during my year serving with AmeriCorps NCCC in 2018. That experience inspired me to pursue a degree in sociology, which I completed at Western Washington University in 2023. After graduating I knew that I wanted to work for a nonprofit that has empathy and compassion at its core, and CHI is just that. As the daughter of an adoptee, I have seen firsthand how adoption creates loving families and I am excited to work with CHI to help others build safe and loving homes.
